A quality client - practitioner relationship is one of the biggest predictors of a successful process. It is considered a significant ‘common factor’, where clients consistently rate the quality of their working relationship with a therapist as a core ingredient for successful outcome.
Finding your own ‘best fit’ is worth it, and for anyone approaching therapy for the first time, or returning, feel free to explore your options before committing to the work. Here you will find some professionals I know personally, all offering unique styles, expereince and personality, and working independently with their clients.
